ROW is produced by special arrangement with TBD Theatricals.

Inspired by "A Pearl in the Storm" by Tori Murden McClure

ROW was originally commissioned and developed by Joe’s Pub at the Public. It was developed by Goodspeed Musicals in 2017 with support from Williamstown Theatre Festival. It was further developed in part at Rhinebeck Writers Retreat. It was developed in part during a residency in the SEI Innovation Studio at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. It was developed in part, with assistance from The Orchard Project. The completion of ROW was supported by a finishing commission from Williamstown Theatre Festival's Andrew Martin-Weber New Play and Musical Commissioning Program.

This production has received a 2021 Edgerton Foundation New Play Award.
